Unlike precast concrete panels that are manufactured at a plant and trucked to the building site, tilt-up panels are made on site from reinforced concrete, custom fabricated horizontally atop the building floor, then lifted by crane into a vertical position above their footings and connected to the buildings steel structure.
Tilt-up enables us to control more variables on the construction site, which, in turn, allows us to pass along the benefits to our clients. These benefits include speed of construction, considerable savings and often a strategic advantage.

A ten year tax abatement was secured for this Midwest Distribution center. The facility features 4 different temperature zones from 0 degrees to 45 degrees including a state of the art nitrogen system for keeping produce fresh.
Freeman Warehouse

This 330,000 square foot warehouse distribution facility in the Mohave desert features over 90 skylights and clearstory windows which flood the warehouse with natural light and reduce energy costs. This building initiated the development of the Mohave Tri-State business park, a 150 Acre master planned development at the intersection of Nevada, California, and Arizona.
Northrop Grumman Presentation Center

Dawn Foods Warehouse

L&W Supply Facility

In order to meet the requirement of L&W Supply for extraordinary clear span column spacing, Becknell implemented a metal building solution.
Hanson Logistics Warehouse

A ten year tax abatement was critical in enticing this State-of-the Art build to suit to Northwind Crossings. Phase 1 consists of 125,000 s.f. of cross docked, temperature controlled warehouse, ranging from -20 degrees to +40 degrees supporting 15,600 pallet positions (expandable to 45,000).
Goodrich Aeronautical Facility

Xten Industries Storage Facility
